You mean uploader? Their name should appear next to the chapter. Click on it and you'll have their profile, scroll down and click on "send mail"
I am not sure but Don't you just go to the Manga select the person who uploaded it and write them a message.
Or on the firs page there may be some contact info

This is genuinely so peak. I’ve been reading bls for years now and this is literally the most perfectly balanced story I’ve ever read… like, apart from the beautiful art, there’s hope, tragedy, love and yearning, that you could find in other works but not one single scene felt unnecessary in this well thought and written masterpiece!! Like this is so good I seriously don’t know how else to describe it other than perfect (or at least in my opinion). My standards are way too high now, nothing will top this.
