what dad*yscans does is ILLEGAL; it doesn’t matter if they forcing people to buy raws or whatever to view their ILLEGAL scans. They are STILL pirates. from the beginning, they’ve published work that is NOT theirs on tumblr - a PUBLIC sharing site. they also upload on mangad*x, another site for pirates. this scan group can go f*ck themselves, they are hypocritical trash.

let’s hope an awesome scan group picks up this masterpiece so many of us who don’t know how to read Japanese & there’s no English licensed work can read it here in peace and without all of this unnecessary drama.

Xielan You making no sense .. If you like dear Gene so much why not support author? They pirates but they only want to share chapter with reader that support author what wrong with that? All you do is talk bad about translators but why you talking about what legal when you read here ? Translator never say what they do legal they only want make us buy raws . Look how much we already read for free

You and I read all these other chapter for free , this masterpiece already translated by awesome scan group . And you can read it for free and get extra by supporting author .

They didn't have to threat anyone i agree if they want their scans to be private and only for the buyers but it's the threat for me...

i don't know japanese. why would i purchase something i don't understand? i've purchased j raws before and felt like it was a total waste of money. why? bc i don't understand it! this is why scanlators exist in the first place - so readers all over the world can understand the work of an author that hasn't been licensed yet.
also not sure if you're naive or what, but shipping fees from japan to most of the world is super expensive (i know this firsthand). not everyone can afford buying raws just so they can have access to the scans of a sh*tty scanlation group that thinks it's ok to threaten readers while doing illegal sh*t themselves.

ffs do you not know what shipping fees are? also, you assume everyone is living on uS dollar currency. I may be able to spare $3USD but not everyone can! and even if i have $3 bucks i have to fogure out how to navigate a japanese site to buy a product that i can't even read bc i don't know japanese! people ask to see free raws just to get a sneak peek but most wouldn't spend their hard-earned money on something they don't know how to read.

Also translators create guide to get raws but don't always need guide if you use Chrome Google you can try right click Translate and whole page now in English no problem navigate

not everyone can or wants to buy raw mangas in japanese; doesn't matter how "cheap" it may be to YOU.

also, personally i will not spend my time with a digital translator trying to figure out what the author means. this is why scanlators are precious (not dadd*scans, they can go f*ck themselves) because they translate mangas in a way that is understandable to an english speaker but still loyal to the original meaning.

i insult dad*yscans because they are hypocrites who threatened to doxx people meanwhile they are doing illegal things themselves. i never want to see them upload anything ever again. they should keep aaaaaalll their sh*t super private now and forever.

hopefully we'll get a group of angels to re-scanlate vol1 of this manga (especially missing chunks of ch5), and maybe vol2 once it comes out, like a group did for rumspringa.

If you feel bad about reading it here, just read it on m a ngadex. And read every BL manga there from now on, most groups hate mangago even when they're not as vocal about it as daddy scans.
