So basically Aoki accepted three of the brothers as seen at the end of Chp 2. While waiting for the Haramibara's womb to mature, the three constantly have sex to make Aoki get used to it (that's what i think anyway). Aoki gets more and more sexy and lustful everyday. Tenyuu usually just watches as Aoki gets fucked by Yuki and Kai, making Aoki frustrated.
Aoki later then jerks off while thinking of Tenyuu, not knowing that Tenyuu was outside listening.
The next day, Tenyuu brought Aoki out to the mountains to show him the view of the island. Some dialogue about the declining population and how Tenyuu would do anything to stop it. Tenyuu confesses to Aoki but Aoki assumed that he only liked that he was the Haramibara, and not him as a person. Aoki runs off and accidentally fell over a cliff(he's okay, it was a shallow cliff). That was when a group of islanders found him as they were attracted to his "rose scent".On the brink of getting raped, Tenyuu intercepts and chased them away. Tenyuu then asks Aoki "So it's fine if I only like you and not the Haramibara?" After that they had outdoor sex against a tree (with some rabbits watching). While ejaculating, Aoki started to bleed. That's when they found out Aoki's womb had matured.
They went back to share the new to the other two and they decided that they can start inseminating Aoki. The only difference between now and then was that Tenyuu joined in and started acting more possessive towards Aoki. Yuki also took the initiative to be the uke for Aoki. There is a diagram showing the insides of Aoki where the womb had not been penetrated (though some semen leaked in). After the first round, Tenyuu entered and penetrated deep enough to reach the womb. Later they found out that up until then he was a virgin. A box on the next page said they did it for three days and three nights, so I just assumed they did. then below it show Aoki getting morning sickness and getting the news of his pregnancy. Ten months later you can see his belly bulging. Like it's really big (you'll know why soon).
One stormy night, Aoki went to welcome Tenyuu home and accidentally fell due to the strong wind. Even though Tenyuu caught him, the fall caused the amniotic sac to break. That was when Aoki started having contractions and basically everyone just panicked because the storm meant no doctor could come to do the delivery of the child. So they decided to do the child delivery themselves. As Aoki goes into labour and finally gives birth to a boy, they found a mark of Haramibara on the child. That was when Aoki went into labour again. In the end, Aoki gave birth to triplets. All boys and all bearing the mark of the Haramibara. Later they were given temporarily to the care of the elders (they just want to feed the babies, not taking them away from Aoki). I google translated their names and came up with Tenbo, Tenshu, and Awayuki. Later while the babies were being fed, the brothers investigated Aoki's body like his breast after breast-feeding and his stomach. XD After that they basically got turned on by Aoki's breast milk ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ Following that are scenes of foursomes and at the last page is a bubble of dialogue with Aoki saying he might get pregnant again. XD

I think I may have left some things out since the pages were quite mixed up. So it's better to check it out directly. You'll basically get the gist of what's going on just by looking. Sorry if my summary was a little confusing... (●'◡'●)ﾉ
