i‘m not a therapist, and if you don’t already have one, i would really recommend you to get some help anywhere you can. But the way i got out of my constant sadness and negative thoughts about myself is, first of i started listening to helping podcast, this really helped me shape my thoughts into a different direction. And i strated journaling......   reply
