Yes, there is 3 timeline. As what I understand from the earlier chapters, on T1 when the world ended, J tried to turn back time. On T2, J died then LSY got depressed and tried to turn back time. Currently we are on the T3 where LSY from T2 was the pilot so I think that’s why he was the one showing up on the fragments, that guiding Gaeul.
