a 10 year old girl was walking home from school when a man grabed her from the street,took her to his house and raped her.the girl ended up pregnet.her mom wanted her to get an abortion but the girl said no.later the girls sister asked her why she didn't her response was'' no child dissevers to die because of an adult.'' that little girl was my sister she gave the baby to a sweet family that is caring for her till this day.my sister dosnt visit the baby( eve) but not because she thinks as eve as a rape baby or because she dosnt love her.but because she is still getting over the trama.yesterday I visited eve because she turned 12.shes so cute looks just like my sister. and even though I hate the man who did that I love my sister and eve that wont change.(no hate plz ,stuff like this really happens in the wold.i know people use the exuse rape,so they can abort.but even my nonchristian sister who was raped at age 10 new that its wrong.shes still going to therapy,she still gets nightmares.shes still trying to cope.but I'm here for her)

Pro-choice - if this is what you are posting against - is just that - it is allowing a woman to make a choice about her body. Some women would keep the child, some would not, but there should NOT be legislation that dictates what a woman can and cannot do when it comes to this kind of issue.
Oh, and having a baby at 10? That could easily have killed her, so she put her life against a packet of cells forced upon her by a monster. Her 'Choice"
That's such a sad story but I'm glad it ended happily :) I'm pro choice...but ONLY in situations like rape or if the parents are unable to take care of kids (due to health, financial conditions, etc). I find it extremely cruel to have an abortion simply because a person doesn't feel like raising a child

There is emergency medical care in available in life/death situations. By the flag I'm guessing op is in America, many people expecting a baby often have prenatal checkups so that doctors can check the health of the fetus and the mother. In high risk pregnancies people are advised to have even more frequent checkups. If that was the case here a doctor would have advised them to terminate the pregnancy if it got too dangerous. That "packet of cells" did eventually become a baby. If you can respect someone's choice to abort after getting raped, you should respect someone's choice not to.
I think they were just upset by how the initial post was phrased. It seemed like it was shaming rape victims who abort.

Don't know how old you are but I'm well into adulthood now. That happened to be when I was in middle school. Having someone like that calling you when you didn't give them your number and possibly knowing where you live is pretty creepy.
