Ch 45 is the last chapter for season 1 and it seems it will go on a short hiatus bc the author has just given birth

is it just me or is the new chapters lacking now? like everything became faced paced, no build up, no nothing
Either they’re rushing the story to end it, or it’s been cut off at a specific chapter (they won’t pay for more chapters to flesh it out?)
