And also his parents WERE ACTUAL traitors??? People have been killed for less in these stories but somehow woe is me. Sure her family were being dicks to him but can you blame them? He was the son of traitors, they don’t know what evil manipulations he has cooking and clearly they were right! He’s not well and the only happy ending is his death after realizing what a scumbag he’s been to his only savior!! The only one that cared about him!!! And he did that grimy ish! Free the queen from the shackles of this man!!!
This story was artistically written. I enjoyed the relevant psychological connections with her obvious daddy issues appearing in her choice of man. Bud was written so well, he never gave up and demonstrated a selflessness that is hard to authentically find in stories like these. He admitted that while he knew she could love any other man, he would still choose her.
