This is the worst forced ending out of all the forced endings I’ve ever seen in a BL manhwa. This manhwa came out not long ago, adapted from the novel, and got a lot of attention and enthusiasm. Only 20 chapters?? Man, that’s only covered about 7% of the novel.

According to the original novel author Tang Mouse and webtoon adaptation author INTOL, in early November 2024 when INTOL was working on Ch. 44 (roughly 50% of the novel’s contents), Bomtoon notified INTOL that they had to end the webtoon within 6 or 7 chapters. Both Tang Mouse and INTOL requested for more episodes, but were declined. As a result, Tang Mouse removed their name that was once credited to this webtoon, and stopped the distribution of their original novel from Bomtoon.
