Hmm the only manga recommendation i have is Dungeon Meshi, and only if you like the world building and fantasy aspects of The one within the Villainess, since that's the only way they're similar (meaning it's not isekai or turning back time). The world building of this story in many aspects reminded me of dungeon meshi, which is about an adventure party taking a personal quest for the main character.
If you want isekai there's "Milady just wants to relax." Which is similar to this one but where the reincarnated villainess mc takes a peaceful and relaxing route, as mentioned in the title, after the plot takes over and she's eventually ostracized.
Sorry, these are all missing the girl boss theme but it's all I have for manga's, they're good tho and i recommend them!

definitely loves her just really possessive but never does it in a way to hurt or trap her more like he gives her, her free will but still somewhat manipulative like creates opportunity to be close but she still has free will to leave him if she really wants to. He does hurt the people who hurt her in any way. she does find out about it and he tells her flat out so she still had the choice to be with or without him she knows him well and still loves him anyways
And I love that about him. Plus the fact that he waited for her for all those years was a bonus
