Y'all please not everyone has a Disney type of love the only reason why the uke realized his feelings was thanks to the friend so the seme also didn't realized alone. It started with the uke making fun of him for being gay and then having sex with him the very next time they saw each other what did y'all expected from this? They both took each other for granted the uke also never said "no" or "I don't want to" or "what do u think of me?" It was just because the story was from his point of view that we were able to know what he was thinking but the seme didn't read this manga with us... They never even considered they could date each other so it's not like he was cheating or pretending he didn't know how the uke felt. Both of them was into that relationship where they would casually have sex out of nowhere the seme didn't forced him he said it himself he wasn't able to say no.
