I have no idea where the story is going at this point
I'm not sure if it's translation issue but sometimes dialogue feels off. They talk about something and suddenly the next sentence doesn't connect with the previous one.
Also ch.2 is fully in Korean.
Sometimes characters shout for no reason. I think it was supposed to be expressive but the speech bubble suggests screaming and it is weird in a normal conversation. Also "anime style screaming" doesn't match the setting.
Physical comedy and comic relief moments do not match the vibe for me. Like the art style and theme of the story is suggesting mysterious, kinda dark (deal with the devil and all that good stuff) and than we get those chibi moments or exaggerated crying - it's probably personal preference but it ruins the vibe for me.
I was so confused when he said he's gonna START working out. Dude. You are an idol, your job is dancing one the stage and looking inhumanly beautiful. Isn't working out like... required? Like part of your daily routine?
So... The top literally didn't give a fuck about consent or communication at the beginning of the story and suddenly characters behave like they don't remember that. And for some reason they both behave as if the Sunday sex can't be avoided and has to be performed no matter what but like... Nobody is making you do it. It was an agreement between two people (if you can even call it an agreement, because it was more like abuse first few chapters), you can just stop. Like I can understand that the bottom is like "his my boss I have to do it" but the top? He is unhappy sexing the guy so why is he still sexing?
Don't get me wrong. I don't have a problem with the story being fucked up or about abusive partners or about difficulties in discovering bdsm as part of your relationship but please be consistent. You can't have him be an abusive asshole and then show exemplary communication skills and being like "let me teach you about safe bdsm" because the story is just all over the place.
I see potential here, I like parts of it, but the story as a whole just doesn't make sense to me.
Maybe it's a cultural difference but for me this is the opposite of comedy
I'm at the beginning and I need to know so please someone tell me. Is he really a devil or is it just a "sexy title"?
With every chapter FL becomes more and more hectic and she acts as if she's going slightly crazy. At first I thought it would be just a phase for character building purpose but it drags for too long and it's such a shame
I honestly don't understand why people put so much work into making "translated" chapters knowing that the translation is incoherent. If I read it in original language I would understand probably as much as I understand now - not much.
