Basically everything we see from Yuwons POV with Dohyun getting bullied is twisted because it turned out that it was Yuwon who was getting bullied, so going back to the first chapter it's actually Dohyuns monologue in the beginning, not Yuwons.
It's currently in season 3 and we are seeing the story unfold from Dohyuns POV which is twisted since his childhood and how he saw the world around him.
At the end of the day both of them are kind of coo coo in the head but I love them

Can someone give me a brief summary of what happened with hyesungs mom since I haven't read love is an illusion. I got bits and pieces of what happened but a full picture would be great!
She essentially abandoned him at a young age, she did that to get out of an abusive relationship and left Hyesung with his dad and Hyesung still hasn’t found it in himself to forgive her.
When they were able to contact each other when Hyesung was already an adult he refused to let her back into his life but Dojin stayed in contact and eventually byul found out about her and visits her occasionally without his parents’ knowledge
Hyesung's dad is abusive and looks down on omegas. His mom had enough and left. The dad treated Hyesung like shit and is the main reason for a lot of his traumas. The mom saw some paparazzi pictures of Hyesung, Dojin, and Byul. Ig she felt guilty and wanted to reconnect with Hyesung. Hyesung asked her why she never came back for him. She says she met someone new and didn't want him to know she had a child and blamed Hyesung for never looking for her either. Dojin was there for the whole argument so he knows why Hyesung never wants to see his mom ever again so funding his mom behind Hyesung's back is suuuper bad.
Tldr: Hyesung's parents suck and so does Dojin

99 but I recommend starting at chapter 97. Hyesung's dad finds out he married into an influential family and comes to find him. What happens in ch 97 will help explain why Hyesung reacts so badly when his mom comes to talk to him in ch 99.
