honestly, I feel really bad for shigaraki and dabi throughout this particular arc but the things that happened to them do not justify them being the way they are rn, they want the hero society to change sure but this. is. not. the. way. you. bring. about. change.
dabi's killed 30 people? shigaraki's responsible for this current decay fuckfest? the lov and co. have literally caused utter mayhem? and yet most of you simps side with them because choosing bad over good is always an edgy narrative *rolls eyes* meanwhile hawks' dad was literally a villain yet he's been motivated by endeavor(from his perspective) since childhood to become a hero, he's been groomed for it, he's gone undercover and risked his life and killed for the greater good– and yet i see ya'll wanting him to die instead of the. actual. fucking. villains. lmao I can't.
twice was a good character, sure. doesn't change the fact that he was associated with the lov and was technically a villain. albeit the nicest one of them all.

yeah, i agree, if twice was alive he would have multiplied and made like a hundred more villains for the hero’s to deal with, and even with him dead they’re barely winning. we all saw how he killed back in the other fight, and he definitely would not have spared the ua students and other heros. hawks is a bitch for killing twice but if he didn’t stop him the hero’s would lose the fight
Finally someone else with a similar mindset. I also pitied them, but still killing for their goal was a no-no, especially if they enjojed killing others, but was furious and unable to understand why they were hurt in response. Like if you would not have killed others for self justified selfdefence, then maybe you would have been rescued and not hurt by the heroes. I can not emphasize this enough wen I say that everything you just said I agree 1000% OMFGGGG. I say this all the time yet these dabi simps ext just love to idolize villians to the point its just stupid. They call heroes like All Might and Hawks horrible people while brushing off the LOV's crimes because "oh they have been abused in the past" like that excuses anything WHEN they decide to do crimes and be the criminal. And they pick and choose who to use that argument for and its honestly so hypocritical. I love Hawks, hes my favorite character because hes so complex and hes good at heart. To compare Hawks to the likes of a villian while sympathizing for Dabi IS BEYOND STUPID and I see this all over tiktok. Honestly losing fate in these fans and their comprehension skills in relation to the argument with endeavor as well. I like endeavor as well due to his complexity but I get called a child abuse supporter for not hopping on the bandwagon of hating endeavor and making up shit to hate him ( I AM OBVIOUSLY NOT EXCUSING HIS ABUSE) when really I just love complex and well written characters which has me attracted to Endeavor and Hawks. IM LITERALLY SCREENSHOTTING YOUR PARAGRAPH TO REMEMBER CERTAIN POINTS TO SAY WEN THIS ARGUMENT BRINGS ITSELF ABOUT. it's like people don't understand that what makes characters like bakugou or endeavor so interesting, is the very fact that we're SEEING their entire journey from when they did fucked up shit to when they realized that they did fucked up shit to when they're trying to ATONE for said fucked up shit!
there's so much depth in the overlapping plotlines and the characters– how can people go "lov > heroes" just because they're the traumatized 'bad' guys, SMH. I'm rooting for them to get closure too but I sure as heck don't agree with the way they're doing things.
in the grand scheme of things, they're just contributing to all-for-one's return and a complete collapse of whatever shaky framework of 'peace' the world had settled into courtesy of heroes like All-Might, while some of them are pursuing their own personal vendettas side by side.

EXACTLY! Like yes endeavor is an abuser, hate him for it. BUT TO SAY U SUPPORT CHILD ABUSE FOR LIKING HIM IS SO DUMB LMAO. These are fictional characters, its all about giving them story, depth, ext. They honestly don't look very into things n just say "Endeavor is an abuser, we must hate him". Im sorry for reading the fucking manga and realizing there is more to his character than that. These people limit characters down into a box when they are against their human morals when thats not what youre supposed to do... Thats not what makes fiction so fun ext. If someone likes Dabi does that make them a murder supporter? LMAO NOO yet these same endeavor haters act hypocritical and bias towards their favorite characters. Nothing wrong with it from a subjective standpoint but they act like they are speaking facts and the bandwagon of hate towards endeavor simps JUST CREATES HYPOCRISY. Dabi is not atoning for his murders, he feels no remorse and is only acting out for revenge. Endeavor is atoning however like I said I guess theyll just ignore that and deem him down into a box titled "abuser".
