I'm trying not to read the comments so as not to spoil myself but I'm aware that there are a lot of conflicting opinions on this manhwa. would appreciate any heads up I could get! I'm in love with the art style but I'm just a bit hesitant on picking it up

reminds me so much of 'the summer hikaru died' but with the angst multiplied tenfold. i like how it was initially set up for us to think that nanami was the 'alien' from rokuto's pov and rokuto continuing to worship nanami despite that. what hurt me the most was seeing nanami doing his best to keep the illusion running; throwing away his morals and sacrificing his humanity just so rokuto could keep living as a 'human'. the ending felt fitting for me as well - nanami making his once last sacrifice while rokuto is stuck in the same cycle of being reborn
((btw I also really adore their dynamics,, black cat x golden retriever who are equally devoted to each other is just *chef's kiss*))

I'm Letting it marinate cuz I cannot handle seeing how good it is and having to wait for updates lmao. Just gonna let the first season finish and then read it all
yeah I think it's better that way. I've read it chapter by chapter so far and it's a little frustrating that way since I get confused about the plot and impatient for their relationship progress, but I can see this pacing working really well if you can read the whole season at once
sorry but I don't think taesoo is as bad/evil as most people are painting him out to be.. sure, his situationship with chunwoo was definitely toxic but I think they both had their own faults
I know the chances of Yeonwu ending up with Alex is virtually zero but I kinda ship Yeonwu with him more than Taehwan now :(( I do hope Alex manages to find a great guy for himself in the end too since he deserves it

am I the only one who really enjoyed this piece :( the characters were very well written and I know that its depiction of "love" is unlike the usual healthy relationships that we see in other manhwas, but I found the story captivating and realistic in terms of showing how "love" isn't always black and white. plus the ending made perfect sense to me. anyway, I'm just really glad that I picked this up bcs the conflicting comments/ratings almost made me skip
