Reading too much omegaverse got me thinking that some second gender manifested late or altered because they were exposed from excessive pheromones. So what if Derrick is some kind of recessive alpha? In other omegaverse, some recessive alpha got mistaken as beta same with recessive omega because there is too little pheromone to be detected. Just a thought. (●'◡'●)ﾉ
