It’s more so hinting that he had slept with someone since in the last panels of ch76 it shows someone approaching dohun at a party with “hello Mr dohun right?” and then pans to 2 people going at it on the bed with the translation of something along the lines of “ So this boring daily life without you” “ I replaced it with another one.” Followed by the SFX and “ha, mh” “mh”! Tho it doesn’t show WHO exactly is on the bed since it covers their heads, but its like heavily implying that it might be dohun and someone else..
