i don’t think guwon killed MC’s dad, it just seems kinda predictable? MC already feels disgusted by guwon, and if he killed his dad i don’t think he’d be able to forgive him. i think MC killed his dad, either in self defense or for other reasons.
i think it would be interesting is MC was similar to guwon before losing his memories, aka kinda insane and morally gray. at this point in time it seems like MC has lost most of his memories of his time after the outbreak, leaving him a bit naive and innocent.
if guwon does have something to do with MC’s dads death, it would most likely have to be because he was protecting MC, but idk it seems like he didn’t know him before they met, especially when you look back on their first encounter.
another reason he could have killed the dad would be that he has something to do with the way he is now, especially if guwon is the result of some crazy experiment. maybe the dad had a part to play in his creation/made him the way he is now?
honestly this story is crazy and guwon is such a mystery. i really hope that he gets better and becomes more human (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
i think that teach is definitely an unreliable narrator, but not because guwon is innocent, rather he’s unreliable because just like the reader he wanted guwon to be a good person. i doubt that he killed his own father, especially after the flashback. the only things that are still vague about his past at this point are:
1) why did he try to choke guwon twice in his sleep?
2) why was he always visiting hospitals in the past? i think it’s fair to say that guwon is just crazy at this point, although at least his reasons sort of (?) make sense. especially since we have reason to believe he’s not fully human/may have been experimented on.
i’m hoping we get to see guwon’s backstory soon and more of teach’s as well. :3
