are you sure it’s not just like the preset backgrounds or brushes or templates manhwa authors use. cause it’s really common for webtoon artists to use like brushes or templates and fill them in themselves or use references for backgrounds and the like
Thats not AI, its standard background that all the other manhwas have too.. you can literally buy the background package on adobe/photoshop
