Lol. I saw the tears but my brain went to how he fucked dan blindfolded while exposing him to his friend. He hasn't even confessed TO THE THINGS he's done to dan. I guess I was revelling in his suffering because to see consequences for being a terrible person always feels cathartic. Anyway I guess mingwa tried to give Jjk some humanity back.
The build up to sex. The subtle leaning into each other. The communication during sex is so good! And I love that the uke is less shy, more vocal during intimacy.
Not the best redemption arc but I'll take it. JJK gets to truly self reflect & understand that he only gets to be there only if he's needed and dan needs to ask for things he wants instead of being forced into it. So I think it'll be growth for both of them.
Ofc I don't know how it'll turn out to be but I have a big suspicion that tera/wolf's character growth & the backstory will have him involved in the fire that resulted in "boy's" family got killed in. Knowing what we know about the boy, his horned devil nightmare devil will get a face and the real person (wolf) will do everything in his power to destroy nightmare him but it'll be too late, too far past. Maybe a time skip will have them trying to be friends again but idk, I don't want them to end up romantically together.
They're young, they're messy. Teenagers/young adults don't have their shit together & this shows it. He's a good looking guy who has gotten his way and he did for a while with the FL as well but what he didn't expect was for her to use him back. What he didn't expect is how invested he got throughout this whole chapter. Him hurting himself, etc just shows how not put together he is & you can feel what you want to feel but I don't feel empathy but more like oh gosh, he can't get her back being this clumsy,.lol. The character growth will be interesting to see.
They both hiding. Tbf, right now I'm on black hair's side. He's not mistreating her & he's being available to her. He seems like he's hiding something from here and something feels off & disingenuous but at least he's being nice! Blonde boy ghosted her & has the audacity to come back and say when did we ever breakup like BOIIII, come back here so I can paddle that butt like an asian mom. There's nothing more pathetic that cosplaying nice man when you're anything but. Also, love FMC. She's sassy, strong willed, horny and smart as heck.
I'm kind of sure he actually didn't fuck the dog but it was the brother's way to fuck with him hence he doesn't remember what happens. I also think chase is going to think (for sometime at least) that he converted Josh's secondary sex, guilt himself only to find out that he's been an omega all along causing 3rd act breakup only to have the baby (pete) bring them together.
Characters are supposed to make you question things. Your own morality of right and wrong and where the line is
At least mingwa didn't make him a saint all of a sudden! You don't abuse all your life, only to become a saint. It takes years of work.
He deserved more repentance from JK. More respect. More everything. SMH
All the forced stuff was kinda idiotic when they could have made it perfectly consensual.
He's the older one but not the wiser one. I actually don't like how his character has been written. He's been written down like he doesn't comprehend social cues & doesn't understand emotions like love. To sit & misconstrue EVERYTHING about a person he clearly cares for, is so stupid.
Y'all gotta remember this is teenagers we talking about! Nothing they do makes sense. Don't be expecting them to make rational decisions.
The way jk treated kd was truly sub humanely. Finally I can get on board with mingwa now. This chapter was extremely imp to let jk know what a terrible human he has been to kd. Looking forward to the last act!
Their past lives story is so slow, romantic and beautifully built up. He asked jiwon to not forget so held on so tightly that he's kept his hold into his new life so my theory is that - this is the reason why he is remembering memories 1st of their past lives. He's going to remember it 1st and then present day teoh will know that his lover from past life remembered and didn't abandon.
Happy for the 5 second dry hump and that kiss but need to know what the top/seme is thinking here.
