This manga is unlike most yaoi because of its realistic portrayal of rape. Whether or not they become a "couple" is to be determined. There's still a few more chapters and we still don't know what happened to get them to the intro scene.

I still have hope that he hates him, lol. That's definitely what the beginning suggests. Plus I don't see him changing his mind that quickly. He could be going along with it, he could be doing it to make Hikaru happy since at least he'll be able to make someone happy even though he's miserable, he could be pretending it's someone else.
