Its a hard pill to swallow all that trauma ate him and he could have redemption but chose to be drowned by it. I would keep blaming the father until the end but the only one who can save Sejin now is only himself, cant love or beg others if you cant even love yourself. I think the art style did not change. The author maybe change the appearances of the characters to make them mature and the kids all grown up. But the quirky style is still there.
