note to self: the side stories should be treated as a totally different story. because i feel like not only was the art a total 360, the MCd personality also seemed to revert back to before the surgery. Granted he is less apathetic, but he was willing to show off his ring wearing it in front of the female character, and was even willing to kiss in the breakroom during the day. Now he's pushing away the ML. I feel like with his near death encounter the second time around, he would not be waisting time thinking about other people's opinion, especially with the female character who at this point is their closest friend. I understand the family part, tho.
But yeah, i need to treat the side stories as a different story.
