I kept laughing nonstop. Im sure its a lovely language but when you dont know how to sound the words it just looks like a kid spelling baby words like gaga koko sasa ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄

There is one similar but the ruler is a demon(fantasy world) and mc returnes back in time in hopes not to encounter him and save his dad who is a doctor, he still meets him but the demon is a ”kid” and hides it for a long time

Badass too the bone. Mc is a bit bland if you compare him to the others (Im only on ch 3)

Translation is not the best but you can make out what is going on.
Only question I have is why is she trying to stay true to the original story? Is he not the ML or is she just an obsessive fan that loves”confinedment” play
