I read this webtoon or manga i dont really remember, but its a collection of horror stories. This is one of the first few chapters its about a kid that paints very well with a supportive mom, but the kid starts seeing ghosts and painted them so the mom forbids him to paint what he wants to paint anymore.
Until that one time kid got into an accident due to the ghosts, and he was basically haunted by them. So he covers his eyes, or something. The mom told him he'll protect him cuz apparently his aunt is same as him but more tragic ending, so thats the reason why the mom forbade him to paint what he sees.
Basically the ending is that the mom died and as a ghost she protected the kid so he can finally paint what he wants to paint
