please i need HELP i’ve been searching for a bl manga in black and white that the setting was that one of the boys (both school students) has a heart disease and cant have strong emotions or his heart could fail, i think once he saw something (could be wrong, could be that he just experienced something) and had his heart failing at school, the ML felt guilty or worried i read it years ago so i’m not too sure about that
