It does leave you thinking how everything got so messed up though, and starts out seemingly innocent. It's exactly what you're looking for, and is beautifully made.

You know why I said one of the worst abuse and not the worse? Because this exists. Definitely most brutal bullying ever, it's a revenge story and I suppose it's a bit gory. The bullies are little twisted demon fucks who caused an accident on purpose that killed both his parents, and the leader bashed his little bro's head in with a rock until he's in a coma, all just to see how much it'd take to drive Uruma to suicide for no reason. There's no good reason than that they're insane or sadistic, kid didn't even do anything wrong and his family gets murdered.

Oh this is a fun one. Someone how the ending is worse than everyone just dying in the most painful way possible, truly not like other girls. The people you don't expect to die end up dying, and I can't even describe what makes the ending so depressing. Also what's up with that dude who got a crush on the MC? Kinda gay but it's all good. K I have no idea why all these terrifying shit have so many gay-ish romance involved when it's not a BL, yaoi, or shounen ai LOL. Oh well, it's not a bad thing or anything, just surprising. Anyways, this MC is also fucked up and has a split personality, thr backstory is kinda interesting and there's a bunch of plot twists and the MC and his boyfriend or whatever is pretty badass in later chapters. It's basically Sword Art Online, except it's actually good, a bit more dark/twisted MC, and no stupid tentacles raping the womon or harems or whatever. I felt depressed after I reached the end, not because it was sad but becauae if was over, and TOTALLY recommended or AT LEAST try, along with everything else here because my opinion is fact and you're wrong and I am superior in general. (I am joking, please do not call me a conceited prick)

Okay this has got a pretty messed up plot. Dude gets gassed on a bus and next thing you know he's off to be turned into an American and eaten by demons by a McDonald's in hell. Okay not seriously an American, he's still japanese, and there's not a McDonald's in hell but still fucked up. Also they drugged the dudes to want to mate and be super buff and the girls that they are simping pretty hard and turn insane so they reproduce more meat. I mean children. ALSO rip the staff person, guard thingy or whoever they were because they trapped him in a cell with the drugged buff dude who probably just did unimaginable thinhs to him. Yikes, anyways go check it out, it fits the description well also.
