i dont really remember the main story cuz i only read it for the second cp.
the uke was like the second male charac for main story n hes an asshole then he ordered a male prostitute i assume but instead the seme came n he raped him ( i think its because the seme is a friend of the main cp's uke so its for revenge). after that, the uke couldnt get hard anymore so he had to call the seme everytime he got horny. then i think they slowly fall in love w each other but the seme backed down cuz he felt the relationship is toxic so he decided to accept some random ass dude's confession to move on. the uke got heartbroken and.. idk anymore.
