I think it's because the omega is the top and he is pretty weird too. He won't let the alpha top eventho he wants to and tried to several times. Everytime it ends the same omega tops.

My blood is boiling and I'm thinking about dropping the whole thing .. I just dislike this manipulative ML so much right now. Its sooo frustrating to see him so smug all the time and he seems insincere to me! I can't understand how our (smart) MC could give in so fast >.<

I dropped it a few months back for the same reasons and just checked on the last few chapters, still not worth it in my opinion. His face and attitude still rubs me the wrong way
