I'm up-to-date and surprised that the art actually started getting better eventhough it was already decent. And I was right, there was more to the whole body swap thing. But I feel like author is just dragging the whole story in the current chapter or should I say the ml and fl are just too suicidal/sacrificial cause I can tell this guy castro has no strong backing anymore cause he's literally sabotaging himself and his allies but Vincent's allies can't attack cause he too is sabotaging himself and his allies. Also, why would you trust to leave the person u love with a man who is so abusive to her. He knows how violent and messed up Castro is. I feel there are too many loopholes and whoever wrote this is lost in the very story they wrote.
It's actually such a gd story. I can tell the ppl complaining read the first chapter and that was it. I really like how there's a subtle context of mystery behind fl waking up in another body. There may be more to it. Also, I'm just a sucker for manhwas with hidden identity tropes and tropes where fl and ml work together to achieve power.
I get really excited when I see the characters from saezuru in this manga. It's nice to see them from another pov
I really liked this manga when I was younger , I even used to reread it alot. Reading it again after 5 years I realized that every character is so 2D and the fl is almost a Mary sue character. Another thing I realized is that how is someone who shook in their boots and took whatever crap that was shoved onto them , suddenly, without any transition period, become such a firm and authoritive figure. That was the biggest but NOT the only plot hole. Anyways, this manhwa is a feel good read , you know sort of like those shounen manhwa mcs with op knowledge or powers and the plot is literally them being hyped up. Except I don't like them anymore╮(￣▽￣)╭

This is the kind of fl I mean when I say I like villainess fl. From other characters perspective she is a villainess and even from the reader's pov too she is not very likeable but that's exactly what a villainess is. A story is supposed to show us how the main characters develop and in this fl's case I'm really looking forward to that process; someone whose every personality trait is common among hated characters aka villains in stories. A lot of ppl seem to mix up villainess tropes with fls that just stand on business but just because someone looks badass doesn't mean they are a villainess. That's why I'm really looking forward to this story, the fl defs has room for improvement and I love stories where u just can't see a happy or satisfying ending early on, curious to see how the author develops the story and its characters to a *happy ending*(≧∀≦)
I have second hand embarrassment every chapter but funnily enough its so absurd that I can't stop reading...
Ppl are complaining about how long its taking to finish but y'all have to remember the author is getting old and creating a chapter of a manga is a more difficult process compared to most manhwa/manhua that are mass produced with sloppy art. You can really see the detail to plot and how well developed the story is if you understand it. I believe the mangaka knows what shes doing and has it all planned out. I'm just glad she isn't rushing things and ending such a beautiful story halfheartedly.
And another thing I came across the novel on novelupdates and it had a tragedy tag. Whats that about? I'm hoping it was just a mistake...
Tbh lately , these father-daughter tropes have become so sloppy and sort of ridiculous , specially when you consider the characters are literally children but this one was quite enjoyable and cute. They really handled the development of a character and scene very appropriately while still keeping the reader entertained. To put it shortly, I like it so muchhh(≧∀≦)
Every character in this manhwa was so sickeningly annoying , the anger overtook any feeling of angst. Especially, the fl ,she was so good I almost threw up blood(⌒▽⌒)
