Is this update on monthly basis?I really like this manga but I don't understand it's update schedule.

The manga appears in the magazine Be Boy Gold, which is appearing every second month.
However, there is not necessarily one chapter in each of the magazines. Recently there have been, and the next will be published with the magazine on Dec. 28th.
But you need to find out when the next is from either the last page of the chapter which shows whether there is a release in the next issue of Be Boy Gold, or once the official info of the next Magazine is released online.
After the new chapter is out it of course still takes people to scan and translate it until it will show up here. That can always take a while
