Okay can someone explain like I'm 5 what's with ml's deal with rian? He doesn't like mc fucking everyone, like that's the reason? Or what's really the point rian staying with him or their deal.
1. Rian piqued Loren’s interest with the microchip thing. Why exactly, we don’t know. Probably because Rian proved himself to be a good chase/challenge that would keep Loren from getting too bored. Plus, Loren found him attractive from the very beginning.
2. Loren doesn’t want Rian fucking everyone because he’s a possessive narcissist and wants Rian’s attention all on him. He doesn’t love him at this point in the story, he just sees him as something to dominate, own, and conquer. Allowing Rian to fuck other people would be giving him too much agency.
3. Loren needs Rian’s skills as a connector to get him the meetings he needs. He knows Rian isn’t the real connector, but he still needs his skills regardless and Rian willingly offered his services to him, so he has no reason to say to at the moment. As for why Rian keeps coming back, I’m not 100% sure on this but he’s probably trying to salvage any kind of information that might help his agency get back on its feet. Loren probably already knows this but doesn’t see the agency/Rian as much of a threat in their current state. Besides, he’s been doing a pretty good job at neutering them anyway.

Loren is technically still meant to be shrouded in a lot of mystery, according to the author's Twitter. So his motives may not be so obvious, other than the fact that Uno has successfully grabbed his attention. We get hints on why Loren gets quite obsessive based on his backstory, and he's trying to actually restrain himself from being worse. Uno of course is caught rather offguard, despite being the one to initiate the honey trap, and now has to use all of his seduction skills to navigate Loren's mood and the hidden plot happening that was his original mission to uncover. What is Loren's goal? If Uno did find out, it would actually give h the upper hand in the power games between him and Loren, but currently, Loren definitely has the upper hand. As per last season's note: see which way the scales will tip for season 2.

And if he knows about Via's footage, how involved he is exactly? He practically manipulated Rian to sleep with her, despite acknowledging/disliking Rian's slutty side, and while it was a reverse-honeytrap or something to corner Rian, he definitely had some other agendas there. Huh, what it could be?
Considering the cover for this season, I think Enzo's gonna reveal more than he wants in the end, and Rian will gain the advantage... the one who falls first and all that~ Huh, I wish to see Enzo's annoyed face once again, the crazy/giddy ones are cute, but I just miss that frown ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
