Well she IS a victim. Not a good person and she is trying to manipulate yuuma while blackmailing Ameri, doing to them a bit of what was done to her, so she is a perpetrator to these two, but that doesn't make her any less of a victim.
Although she did give her consent for group sex, she never consented to being filmed (which in itself was a crime). And once she wanted to stop having relations with themit was stated that "it was too late", she was not able because she was then being blackmailed, hence it was no longer consensual sex = coercive rape. Consent is not a perpetual gift. Once she changed her mind, it became rape.
I mean, I don't like her because of her behavior and such, she's also a character we are supposed to hate and I hope she despairs some point through the story!
