It’s not about Saharah being a murderer or Jin being a good prince - it’s obvious that Jin is the better person, morally speaking, while Saharah is a ruthless and murderous animal. However, Jin manipulates Suu (even though Jin is aware and knows better), whereas Saharah, even when he manipulates, just wants Suu happy and doesn’t realize how much it freaks Suu out. Both of them have ended up screwing Suu over, but it’s the intent behind their actions that matter to me. Saharah is just innocent and pure when it comes to his love. But I like Jin too and Jin will probably be endgame so chill

Pfftttt.....innocent and pure. I don't think an innocent or pure man will threaten and eat his partner. Btw im not replying to you tho. Im replying to the one who kept bringing back the one and only ankle accident many times just to justify that saharah is better. I don't mind if they were saying all characters are not perfect cause all of them live messy life and they ain't saint. But they discriminate jin action just to make 'the dragon' look better even though he is not that good pissing me off. Why can they understand the the dragon decision due to lack him as animal but don't understand a human who his whole life living not trusting people cause they can kill him anytime

Yeah, I love Jin. He is such a complex and fascinating character and I can tell he deeply loves and needs Suu as well. But I don’t feel as bad for him since he’s an adult with full understanding of his actions. Saharah’s actions aren’t innocent and pure for sure, but his mentality is, so I feel bad for him because he doesn’t really understand why he’s wrong, or why his actions are seen as evil and why Suu hates him now. Like I just feel my heart twinge when he cries because he’s a grown up child with too much power. Poor thing. Poor me because my ship is sinking lol

Intentions?? He was about to eat him. But of course he has undying love and a personality of a 10 year old. So poor baby. Suu doesn't see your good intentions. He just wants suu to be happy, so of course suu should accept every bit of manipulation and the thousands of dead body he is presenting him with.

It’s more complex than “Saharah wants to eat him,” just like it’s more complex than “Jin broke Suu’s ankle” lol. You’re doing a disservice to Saharah’s complex character. And I already said I love Jin, but let’s not pretend that Saharah is an irredeemable villain. He’s definitely sympathetic and that’s why the writing of this story is so good.

I wasn't. I was just trying to point out the points people overlook about sarahah. But Jin does the slightest thing, he is the scum on earth. I agree sarahah is extremely complex character. I don't even fully support jin either. Sarahah's sympathy towards suu is a bit twisted. As long as suu can ignore and remain ignorant he will most likely be the happiest with him, but will it be real happiness? Will he be able to handle it? I wonder if it would be better to be presented with a harsh reality or a happy fantasy. So a person presenting it to you, will you be able to accept it and consider it love.
Anyways I dont know about being redeemable or not, but somehow I can never get on board with characters who commit mass murder, but that's just my personal view.
