Y'all are delusional thinking that the MC is into something as simple as CNC. Like, he was legitimately raped (he was drunk, couldn't technically consent) and still got off on it. He's okay with being put in the hospital he gets beat so bad. He wants that, he likes it. He even drank a drink that he thought was drugged and got assaulted and was pretty fine with it. MC has issues that won't be solved by a "good Dom", because he's already shown he doesn't care about what the top/Doms want, he wants to get off for himself. MC doesn't want aftercare nor does he have patience for the healing process. He won't communicate, he just provokes and presses buttons. ML has his faults too obviously, so I'm not excusing that. Just speaking up to say the MC is legally and morally wrong for the way he wants to play, not to mention mentally and physically bad for him. MC is the definition of a toxic sub with sub frenzy. Thx for coming to my soapbox lol

I agree, but Wookyung was never was interested in BDSM or anything of the sort, just went along with it for the physical pain and sex. Tbh he’s made that pretty clear the entire time, Heewon should’ve exited left stage as soon as he found out Wookyung didn’t even know what BDSM was and wouldn’t follow the rules. Heewon is the one with experience and should’ve recognized this. He did, but chose to continue anyway. Wookyung definitely needs therapy or smthn but he showed Heewon every red flag front and center, never really trying to hide his true feelings. Heewon knew this, saw every red flag, saw through every one of Wookyung’s acts, and STILL didn’t tap out.

Idk I do think that Wookyung is very messed up upstairs but it’s totally on Heewon for being in this situation, since Wookyung made it utterly clear from day one that he didn’t know jack about BDSM and didn’t really care. I don’t think it’s fair to say he’s “legally and morally wrong for the way he wants to play” because in reality, he never wanted to play at all and has no understanding of what “play” even is. This is his first and only exposure to BDSM and “play” so of course he doesn’t understand. I also definitely don’t think Heewon helped that be constantly breaking the boundaries he set. Okay I’m done now lmao

Again, this has nothing to do with Heewon. This comment was about Wookyung, and how his behavior isn't that of someone seeking bdsm but is in fact unhealthy all by himself. It doesn't make Wookyung look better to say Heewon isn't perfect either because we already know that. He is legally and morally wrong for the way he wants to play whether you think it's fair or not. He absolutely knows what play is, I'm sorry but do you know how to read? Wookyung is familiar with bdsm but doesn't want a dynamic relationship, he's used terms and shown he understands them. He met the bartender of the gay bar on a bdsm app. So don't act like he doesn't know the way he's behaving isn't "bdsm play". It's selfishly provoking Heewon to hurt him more because he himself enjoys it, and there's not one thought for Heewon's preferences nor respect for his boundaries during that time. One last time, this isn't about Heewon. If I wanted to complain about him then I would, but I'm talking about Wookyung all by himself. And that's being dangerously drawn to being badly hurt and putting himself in the position to be drunk raped, drugged and molested (after it already happened once), and then in the hospital. (And yes Heewon absolutely should have called things off and just let him go tbh)

Top is still absolute garbage, nothing new here. We're all here for Baek-Yeo and the adorable kid.

Stype December 3, 2024 4:11 pm

At this point idk what the point of this comic is. We all hate the ML because he's unredeemable shit. Now I'm pretty convinced he's legitimately stupid. Like Maga worshipper level of stupid, aggressive, and arrogant. He hasn't suffered enough. But I'm glad his dick don't work for other people anymore. Give us Dan!!

Stype December 2, 2024 7:24 pm

Everyone acting like sniffing clothes is deserving of getting mercilessly bullied deserves to get mercilessly bullied and pushed down stairs. Not excusing ML being psycho, but y'all are hating a weird bullied kid for the actions that his adult self is currently taking. It's not an excuse for his behavior, and we don't know much of anything yet (there has to be more to it because it's being revealed slowly for a reason right??). I'm still hoping for crazy x crazy so I sort of want the MC to be shady too, but we'll see what happens lol

Everyone acting like Bada trusting Doha is being dumb... Wtf do you expect him to do?? What good would being mad at and suspicious of Doha do? Besides, they keep resetting, so it doesn't mean much that someone died in a playthrough. He knows that. Doha is currently his strongest ally. I want them to work together, sure, but be real. Dropping Doha wouldn't do anything but make things complicated rn.

    oreo-2 December 2, 2024 5:27 pm

Exactly just because he said they were Best friends before and he knew things about bada that doesn't mean he'll trust him fully he knows Doha he trust enough to know what he's doing plus I'm pretty sure Bada knows of Doha psychopathic tendencies because this LITTARALLY killed the killer just to have sex

Exactly, Bada isn't "fooled" by Doha. He knows he's dangerous! That's what makes him a good partner, for now at least!

This is definitely going to turn out crazy x crazy and I'm here for the toxic

They're my kind of broken together. "Broken people being content together in an unhealthy way" lol I can't be the only one who's loving this. Bottom is an adult who made his choice and consented to this and he doesn't exactly seem to be complaining either. Having done stress relief sessions irl, I get it. Bottom is happy being able to help somehow and I won't take that away from him by crying about it being "unhealthy" because we already know this isn't a representation of "good" bdsm.

Your comment is like a breath of fresh air. You're definitely not the only one who thinks along these lines and it's reassuring to read this point of view, that's realistic and not oversanitized for the sake of adhering to some pseudo-moralist checklist of healthy characteristics in people and relationships, that's weaponized against anyone who dares to present different ways of existing. And that's when you analyze its events on irl standards (which is fine to do ofc), let alone it being a fictional work for entertainment and not educational material on bdsm or relationships in general.
Life's not black and white, strictly divided into perfectly healthy or unhealthy. As long there's a decent balance of needs being met, feeling fulfilled, safe and trusting the other person, there can still be questionable practices or preferences that can be worked through in time (quite abit of time usually) and aren't an automatic deal-breaker for those involved and affected.

Thank you! Like that’s the whole essence of the story. He feels useful being an outlet for Han and they BOTH know it’s not healthy, that’s why we’re kinda getting a push and pull throughout the story and I’m here for it. I love “broken together.”

    Flying_Bunny December 1, 2024 5:53 am

Exactly! There's a reason why we connect through trauma bonding. And there's no one way to live one's life... that's why we develop our own coping mechanisms.

Ha ha, I unashamedly love this manwha and hope I don't get attacked for saying so. The uke has been through trauma and has fears... but he is not afraid of the seme and has come to enjoy sex with him and sleeps soundly by his side. Not only that but he loves and admires him. The seme is disgusted with himself for initially blackmailing the uke and is trying to protect the uke from his proclivities, which the uke isn't afraid of. So yes, they are my kind of broken together

I don't usually use "well it's okay irl so it's okay here" but when you're into giving/receiving pain you quickly learn that people have the capacity for something that others might see as unhealthy, meanwhile it is actually something fulfilling and helpful for them. So for these two characters to have such depth, for the bottom to actually be "healing" from his trauma enough to willingly endure a session, even to have defied his order to leave, I love it. It works for them and I'm happy for them!

Omg exactly! The top hating what he did, how he abused his authority, really brings it together for me. It makes him human to recognize his own fault. But the bottom is now confident enough to defy him and endure a session for his sake, being content to help in that way. That's the whole benefit of such a dynamic! They both have had "stress relief" sessions now.
