Some where in the manga the uke is framed for killing the brother when he was actually raped and the guy who raped him was the guy who killed the brother with poison then he kidnapped the uke after the brother dies and taking the uke to his mansion. The village blames the uke and the seme (I think) seeks revenge on the uke.
