- MC ends up mind-broken (no longer in a proper state of mind) where he now relies on Jihyuk for everything, he longs for him, worries for him, waits for him everyday and he no longer has the intent to live a life of his own (he was given a proper chance to run away from everything and having a fresh start— he initially ran away but shortly came back to Jihyuk anyway, he can no longer live without him)
Manhwa ends at ch.40 where MC and Jihyuk carries on to with their torturous, emotionally and sexually abusive, miserable and fake lives together. The FUCKING End.

After a while, ML understands the root cause of their problem and respects MC’s wishes and lets them be. But then MC figures out everything he thought was all a misunderstanding and then embarrassingly makes his approaches at the ML to make things normal again.
That was such a frustrating read that idk if I wanna finish it all good Lord.
