this story was a fun ride! though tbh,, it had a really promising start and i rly anticipated how the story will develop the relationship between jinsoo and the MLs,, but somehow during season 2 you can really tell when the author started to rush the story
i really wish jinsoo had more moments with the MLs that made us want to root more for either of them bcuz when i was already around chapters 70-ish I HAD NO IDEA who endgame was supposed to be cuz jinsoo’s relationships with all the MLs still felt so flat and parasocial. jinsoo wasnt even showing any signs of being more drawn to one specific ML compared to the others (could also jus be me tho!)
and i was rly shocked when in the end he admitted to how he wanted to tell carson “i love you” before he began fading.. cuz idk if it’s jus me but there was clearly no distinction or particular moment in the story when jinsoo started to realize his feelings for carson,, and the fact that he admitted to loving him towards the end felt like a bomb dropped on us readers cuz wdym you’re only realizing that you love him now???
jinsoo was a really nice main character tho and the artstyle is just gorgeous!!

the story was okay, but i lowkey didnt like how within only around 30-ish chapters the ML already found out that Doyoon ye is actually Doyoon kim inside his body. idk could just be me bcuz i was hoping for more development and twists in the story that eventually lead up to ML finding out about doyoon’s body swap. after the ML confirmed that doyoon ye was actually his doyoon, the story dragged on (like mentioned in the other comments) and it just became boring. now the whole premise of the body swap just feels like it got played with once and then tossed out. plus (like also mentioned in the other comments), ML feels reaaaallly bland as a character. through the whole run of the story, all we knew about him is that he’s the blacksheep of his family and MC was the one who saved his ass and now hes really inlove with MC typeshit… like bro im not even kidding but thats all ML has going on for him

Agree so much about the early reveal—I wanted it to drag out way longer because my heart hurts so bad for Doyoon Ye and his literal hellish life. It really rubbed me the wrong way that Doyoon Kim took forever to care about giving Doyoon Ye justice instead of staying hyper-focused on the ML.
And yes, the post-reveal dynamic got so boring! I really wanted to see the ML fall for this "stranger" all over again based on his actual traits, without putting his original hyung on a pedestal. It was so much better when Doyoon Kim got to see the ML's real, ill-mannered, world-hating personality instead of the fast-forward puppy-dog act.
Stuck in the 60+ chapter range too and struggling so hard to finish it!
