dont remember when he finds out but its middle of the story i believe and there is a bit of a chasing arc from the mc but its resolved very nicely

This is ridiculous. The fl is irresponsible and thinks very little of ml's feelings. Like I can understand u have a bucket list and shit but that does not mean u just toy with someone's feelings because u have 3 months left to live. And on top of that, you're not telling your intended about this either. Also, what is with her deal with the priest! Like if u consider him a frnd then maintain some fucking distance. And you cannot be so blind as to miss what his intentions are. That's just perfect food for misunderstanding. It was infuriating to read because the fl was acting really selfish and careless with the ml's feelings under the guise of having little time left to live. If there is any character development in the late chapters I might pick it up again. But if not then this type of plot is a no for me.
