I don't remember much about this manwha, it's romance fantasy with transmigration? Time regression? I think fl enters the body of a villaines or heroine, the usual, and she loves the ml very much and the ml loves her back
What was interesting was a whole body switching fuckery, the ML's supposed ex-girlfriend was actually the og fl of the story who begged God to switch identities or something, but she swapped bodies because she didn't love the ml like the story mandated and now they were just friends and she was very thankful or supportive of new fl.

It was like a zombie apocalypse, and the main character was a frail twink who lived in a facility with doctors and researchers, for reasons I don't quite remember, him and some buff guy with red(?) Hair get out of the facility and either have to get back or are running away, they are bonded in some way and I think some humans had special powers, if this sounds familiar to anybody it would be cool to finish reading it.
