DUDE. Shounen Ai exists in Japanese. BL is short for ''Boys Love''. Shounen means ''boy'' in Japanese while Ai means ''love''. Shounen Ai and BL are literally one and the same. What even.

How did you come to the conclusion that these terms do not exist in Japan? They are literally Japanese words.

They call it bl for a long time now,yes those two term are originally from japan,but like i said,they have different meaning from what westerners using ^^
