Guys the CEO and the new omega intern are fucking in the bathroom (again) and the whole HR team is crying (again).

Train yourself like a Pavlov's dog and do something that relaxes you and then try to sleep. No matter how annoying or hard it is at first, even if you can't fall sleep right away, don't do anything else after that thing and just try to rest.
