I don't understand how parents like this never come to the conclusion of having more than one child if their expectations and legacy are all staked on said child acting how they want. Like it always perplexes me that they legitimately don't consider the fact that a child just won't turn out the exact way they want it to. Like why put all your time, energy, and resources into someone you consider wasted opportunity, useless, and/or without potential.
