As for the "putting up" with, you are at your most vulnerable when you are naked whether that's emotionally or physically. we bear ourselves and we have to deal with our trauma and insecurities he is recalling that right now.

The problem is Apollo is a straight laced guy and it's probably going to affect how he does his job, and he may want to quit afterwards. he's all about the rules. (He may have just extra marked himself as a target for the "stalker".)
