I dont think it's an art style change because Jiwook looks relatively the same, Juyeon is the one who looks different, like the light in his eyes from the first chapter is gone, and he looks much more disheveled. Even though this is his revenge, you are actively watching his character lose his humanity by torturing someone, even if Jiwook had it coming. His lips aren't as pink anymore, and he looks like the life is getting sucked out of him as each chapter comes out.
