Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan
I love a tragic story like this because of the characters angst. These two characters are on the verge of throwing their lives away, but once they meet they find their purpose for living. It’s a faithful tale of right person wrong time. It seems their lives were always intertwined even when they haven’t met. I love how the story ends with each of them coming to important realizations regarding the value of their own life. It might have come too late for him, but nonetheless he found true atonement and satisfaction.
Boy Meets Maria
Both characters are great foils of each other. It’s sad to hear the author is dead, leaving such good storytelling behind. What I loved about each character were their flaws and they bring each other up. They each have what the other strives to become, it’s quite silly when they don’t realize they are perfect the way they are.
My Broken Mariko
this was a profound story about losing your friend to suicide. I understand both characters; wanting to die from abuse, but also blaming yourself from not protecting the ones you care about. The story was overall well written, yet the ending was quite abrupt. The author said themselves they wanted the reader to think about the ending. Maybe it showed that death comes without regards to one’s feelings, the only option becomes acceptance.
Haru No Noroi
This author is really good at writing
A Summer Night's Dream
that was so cute, i couldn't stop smiling :). i love how cute and attentive the male lead is. i like how he's so happy for her and cares for her. i like how strong the heroines personality is, but i do feel like si-u's character overshadows her as the better character.
Railroad
it was good. some parts were boring and I skipped through them, but there were also some warm parts that had profound meaning, and resonated with me. this book has a calm feel, of adolescence, maturity, and the fleeting feeling of time passing by you try so hard to capture.
Yumi to Kurumi
Coffee & Vanilla
I only read 8 chapters, but I didn't like it much. their relationship is so basic, like their personalities are common
