Manga or light novel? I don’t know about the manga much, but in Japan there are 15 volumes out till now for the light novels. What we are reading here is part of Vol 4 of the light novel.
Oh wait are you asking about the June part? I was speaking of the anime. This part in the manga will be animated in part 2 of the anime that is currently airing, so from 13-24 episodes of season 2, which will end around June, and yes the timeline should be the same for Japan, if a day early or so. I watch the anime on Crunchyroll in Japanese with English subs.

Idk probably because it’s a rape scene so they don’t really wanna make it some sensual acrobatic movement sort of thing but encapsulate the emotions of their reunion via facial expressions? That’s my guess along with the obvious art style change/improvement.
