I'm trying to find this manga. The brothers live together and one is a doctor or something and the other sleeps around but is in love with his own brother. Later, the doctor bro finds a guy who used to sleep with his brother and the brother goes psycho and tries to attack him. It turns out he's been sabotaging all his relationships. He disappears in the end.
One of the twins was a doctor of some sort and lived with his twin brother who was in love with him but slept around. He kept him from having friends all his life so he could have him all to himself. At the end he goes crazy and tries to attack his new lover and then disappears from his life.
