Now that Transfer-kun is making their move, what will Fukami do? Probably just go "Oh" which will make our ML a little angry and he'll probably leave like that, so that Fukami can then go after him WAIT NO BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE LIKE EVERY OTHER TRANSFER PLOT.
I don't think Fukami can go too. He has his sister. Even tho she's getting marry, she's his family, and they take care for each other. Or well, maybe that could happen, knowing that his sister has someone there for her and her son, and also that Fukami has Kaji. But I'm not so sure about both of them transferring
Transfers aren't usually permanent. I was thinking he could pop up pretty much like the guys from Fake Fact Lips, Doushitemo Furetakunai, Cherry Magic etc.
Apart from Natori "coming out" to his friends and family and Seo working out (or not) his issues with his own family. I kinda have the feeling that the brother will end up breaking it off with his fiancee, but it's gonna turn ugly before it gets better.

It appears in the novel. Vol 1/Season 1 is world 1, where the ending is tragic. If you play a visual novel, it’s the true ending that branches afterwards.
Vol 2-3/S2 is Aercc’s return. He is the first one to experience this strange phenomenon, but the story is told in Au Clough’s pov. This Clough isn’t the OG, the Og is still alive in world 1, from my understanding. Why did I think Clough is still alive in world 1, well at the end of Aeroc’s return, he temporarily meets the elderly Clough in a lucid dream. In the novel, Rapiel Westport tells this story about the estate being magical, it brings partners back together.
After Aeroc’s arc, it’s followed by OG Clough who after his death finds himself in world 3, he meets an Au version of Aeroc. The clueless Count who doesn’t dream or remember anything from world 1.
