I want to open up on the, "learn what rape is," topic. I'm not trying to invalidate your own personal experience, but I would like to add a little insight, if I may. I looked at all the examples you have been listing under lots of threads of people discussing the topic, which they have the write to do, and all of your examples are definitely rape, but only one facet of rape. The type of rape that all your examples are of are of very brutal/violent, forced fucking, but the type you're missing is rape through sexual coercion-like in Jinx. This is where the fucking happens, and albeit the fucking may not be forceful, a party involved either didn't give their consent, OR , in this case, were put in a position where they really couldn't say, "no," which is where the coercion came in.
Now here's the thing about coerced fucking ie rape, is highly accepted in the vast majority of the world, and since this kind of sex may not leave physical scars, it's discredited which is disgusting. Anyways, like the disgusting argument that, "if the sex was good, it wasn't rape-" which just is totally ignoring the whole reason rape is a problem, --these are both nuances of rape that are harshly overlooked, and leads to heart-crushing situations.
I apologize if this felt like I was attacking you, but I hope you will maybe consider this viewpoint.
(Also, there are lots of people with coercive relationships (that can lead to rape), and this has nothing to do with whether or not the story or the writer is necessarily a bad one, again, I think people are just acknowledging the situations problems at the moment, and are not trying to dig at the authors of the manhwa.)

In chp 3 Dan consented jk and they both came to an agreement. He had the chance to say no but decided to stay. And after getting ready to shower, jk dragged him out because he was wasting his time which is understandable. After all, his jinx was very important to him and it was quite late for them to be having sex presuming jk had to be sleep and be lively for the match.
He was already annoyed but that doesn't also mean Dan deserved being pushed around like that. And when they start Dan says he can't do it anymore which jk found annoying by saying, “You think I'm some sort of joke to you, don't expect to leave here like that last guy safe and sound” I think that's what he said. But if you look at jk pov, he didn't even mean to threaten him, that wasn't his intention if you notice his next reaction at that specific moment. And at that moment he also remembered the insult that last whore threw at him about his championship which drove him angry to say those words to Dan. And Dan then said in his thoughts, “Right, I had already agreed, I can do this” I agree that Dan felt threatened but you can't say that when you look at both POV's and you can't use this statement “Jk threatened Dan.”

You will see it is not rape. As you put sexual coercion-like in Jinx. You are using background information that is not knowing to Joo. Joo told him to leave twice. Dan could had said no.
